Happy New Year! So much was accomplished in 2005 with your help and support! Here’s hoping for a successful 2006 for everyone, and more stability for our children!
A few new things you will notice this week:
New parenting library selections—ordered with our credits from Montessori Services from our 2004 fundraiser, we have purchased Paula Polk Lillard’s Montessori from the Start, Aline Wolf’s Parent’s Guide to Montessori programs from birth to 3, and Graceful Parenting. We also purchased board books and a puzzle for the children.
Thank You!
New cubbies! Thanks to Travis Blair for spending his New Year’s Eve making the cubbies for us!
Speaking of new board books, thanks to Mary and Brandon Marquart for their gift of board books that we have been enjoying.
Thanks to Kevin Marquart for the glass for our interior windows. It really helped solve some noise issues while the school age children were on vacation!
New bulletin board for Advisory Board news is now posted on the front wall near the door, thanks to Serena. Thanks to Dyan Harden for putting together the sign up sheets for the fundraiser. Don’t for get to sign up, and get your invitations.
Thanks also to Dyan and Serena for their help with
moving on Dec. 3. There is still quite a bit to be moved from the storage
unit, and we’re running out of room! If you have a corner of the garage you
can lend us until we can organize a rummage sale, please let us know as soon as
possible! We are trying to stop paying that $65 rent each month.
